Vivian Williams, named as a Top 40 Under 40 lawyer by the National Black Lawyers Association is a 5-star rated criminal defense, trademark and copyright attorney.
She served in the Office of the Public Defender where she handled many felony and misdemeanor cases including, gun charges, drug charges, violations of probation, assault and battery, burglary, traffic, and DUIs. During her time at the Office of the Public Defender she became an experienced trial attorney. There she tried and won many cases and was affectionately dubbed "The DUI Queen."

Vivian is very active in her local community. She participates in "Ask-A-Lawyer Day" with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid and Three Rivers Legal Services.
